After 20+ years in the military, Mike brought that same discipline and straight-line thinking into real estate investing and capital consulting. He's a licensed real estate agent and active investor based in Colorado Springs, with deep familiarity in the Fort Carson military corridor, creative financing structures, and the realities of getting deals done where conventional financing falls short.
